فصل أوصى بثلث ماله لرجل وبالسدس لآخر]] فَصْلٌ (وَمَنْ أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ لِرَجُلٍ وَلِآخَرَ بِسُدُسِهِ فَالثُّلُثُ بَيْنَهُمَا أَثْلَاثًا) لِأَنَّ الثُّلُثَ ضِعْفُ السُّدُسِ، فَقَدْ أَوْصَى لِأَحَدِهِمَا بِسَهْمَيْنِ وَلِلْآخَرَ بِسَهْمٍ.
