وَكَذَلِكَ النَّصِيبُ وَالشِّقْصُ وَالْبَعْضُ لِأَنَّهُ اسْمٌ لِشَيْءٍ مَجْهُولٍ، وَالْوَارِثُ قَائِمٌ مَقَامَ الْمُوصِي فَكَانَ الْبَيَانُ إِلَيْهِ.
