وَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْلَمْ لِزَيْدٍ نِصْفُ الثُّلُثِ ; لِأَنَّ مِنْ زَعْمِهِ أَنَّ الْوَصِيَّةَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا أَوْصَى لِزَيْدٍ بِنِصْفِ الثُّلُثِ فَيَكُونُ كَمَا زَعَمَ.
