قَالَ: (أَوْصَى لِوَرَثَةِ فُلَانٍ فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ) اعْتِبَارًا بِالْمِيرَاثِ؛ لِأَنَّ اسْمَ الْوَرَثَةِ دَلَّ عَلَيْهِ.
