(ثُمَّ أَصْلُهُ وَهُوَ الْأَبُ) لِقَوْلِهِ - تَعَالَى -: {وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ} يَعْنِي الْبَاقِي لِلْأَبِ فَثَبَتَ أَنَّهُ أَحَقُّ بِالتَّعْصِيبِ مِنَ الْجَدِّ وَالْإِخْوَةِ؛ وَلِأَنَّ مَنْ بَعْدَهُ يُدْلِي بِهِ.
