(فَإِنْ لَمْ يُصَلُّوهَا أَوَّلَ يَوْمٍ صَلَّوْهَا مِنَ الْغَدِ وَبَعْدِهِ، وَالْعُذْرُ وَعَدَمُهُ سَوَاءٌ) لِأَنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْأَضْحَى، فَتَتَقَدَّرُ بِأَيَّامِهَا وَهِيَ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ، وَلَا فَرْقَ بَيْنَ الْعُذْرِ وَعَدَمِهِ فِي ذَلِكَ.
