قَالَ: (وَيُعْتَبَرُ فِي كُلِّ بِئْرٍ دَلْوُهَا) لِأَنَّ السَّلَفَ أَطْلَقُوا فَيُنْصَرَفُ إِلَى الْمُعْتَادِ كَمَا فِي النُّقُودِ ; وَعَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ أَنَّهُ قَدَّرَهُ بِالصَّاعِ.
