الاختيار لتعليل المختارal-Mawsili

(ثُمَّ يُجْلِسُهُ وَيَمْسَحُ بَطْنَهُ) لَعَلَّهُ بَقِيَ فِي بَطْنِهِ شَيْءٌ فَيَخْرُجُ فَتَتَلَوَّثُ بِهِ الأَكْفَانُ. وَرُوِيَ أَنْ عَلِيًّا لَمَّا غَسَّلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَسْنَدَهُ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ وَمَسَحَ بَطْنَهُ فَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ، فَقَالَ: طِبْتَ حَيًّا وَمَيِّتًا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ.
