(وَإِنْ قَدَّمَ الْإِحْرَامَ عَلَيْهَا فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ} قَالَ عَلِيٌّ، وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: وَإِتْمَامُهُمَا أَنْ يُحْرِمَ بِهِمَا مِنْ دُوَيْرَةِ أَهْلِهِ، وَلِأَنَّهُ أَشَقُّ عَلَى النَّفْسِ فَكَانَ أَفْضَلَ. قَالَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ: الْإِحْرَامُ مِنْ مِصْرِهِ أَفْضَلُ إِذَا مَلَكَ نَفْسَهُ فِي إِحْرَامِهِ.
