(وَيَجُوزُ لَهُ ذَبْحُ الْإِبِلِ وَالْبَقَرِ وَالْغَنَمِ وَالدَّجَاجِ وَالْبَطِّ الْأَهْلِيِّ) لِأَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِصُيُودٍ لِإِمْكَانِ أَخْذِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ مُعَالَجَةٍ لِكَوْنِهَا غَيْرَ مُتَوَحِّشَةٍ.
