بَابُ الْجِنَايَاتِ إِذَا طَيَّبَ الْمُحْرِمُ عُضْوًا فَعَلَيْهِ شَاةٌ،

وَإِنْ لَبِسَ الْمَخِيطَ أَوْ غَطَّى رَأْسَهُ يَوْمًا فَعَلَيْهِ شَاةٌ، [الاختيار لتعليل المختار] النُّسُكَيْنِ. (وَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ لِرَفْضِهَا) لِأَنَّهُ رَفَضَ إِحْرَامَهُ قَبْلَ أَدَاءِ أَفْعَالِ الْمُتْعَةِ.
