قَالَ: (وَمَنْ جَامَعَ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ قَبْلَ طَوَافِ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْوَاطٍ فَسَدَتْ) لِوُجُودِ الْمُنَافِي. (وَيَمْضِي فِيهَا وَيَقْضِيهَا) لِأَنَّهَا لَزِمَتْ بِالْإِحْرَامِ كَالْحَجِّ.
