قَالَ: (وَلَا بُدَّ مِنْ مَعْرِفَةِ مِقْدَارِ الثَّمَنِ وَصِفَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ فِي الذِّمَّةِ) قَطْعًا لِلْمُنَازَعَةِ إِلَّا إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي الْبَلَدِ نُقُودٌ لِتُعَيِّنَهُ.
