(فَإِنِ اسْتُحِقَّ بَعْضُ الْإِنَاءِ، فَإِنْ شَاءَ الْمُشْتَرِي أَخَذَ الْبَاقِيَ بِحِصَّتِهِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهُ) لِأَنَّ الشَّرِكَةَ عَيْبٌ فِي الْإِنَاءِ.
