الاختيار لتعليل المختارal-Mawsili

قَالَ: (وَتَجُوزُ أُجْرَةُ الْحَجَّامِ) فَقَدْ صَحَّ أَنَّهُ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - «احْتَجَمَ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ» وَالنَّهْيُ الْوَارِدُ فِيهِ لِلْإِشْفَاقِ لِمَا فِيهِ مِنَ الدَّنَاءَةِ وَبِإِجْمَاعِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.

قَالَ: (وَالْحَمَّامِ) لِلتَّعَامُلِ وَلَا اعْتِبَارَ لِلْجَهَالَةِ مَعَ اصْطِلَاحِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
