(وَلَوْ أَقَرَّ بِدَيْنٍ أَوْ غَصْبٍ أَوْ وَدِيعَةٍ جَازَ) لِأَنَّهُ لَوْ لَمْ يَصِحَّ لَامْتَنَعَ النَّاسُ مِنْ مُعَامَلَتِهِ؛ وَلِأَنَّ الْغَصْبَ مُبَادَلَةٌ.
