فلزمه الاتمام ولا يلزمه أن يعيد لانه صلي الواجب بشروطه فلا يلزمه الاعادة وعلى هذا لو صلى في أول الوقت ثم بلغ في آخره اجزأه ذلك عن الفرض لانه صلى صلاة الوقت بشروطها فلا يلزمه الاعادة وحكي عن ابى العباس ابن سريج مثل قول أبي اسحق وحكى عنه أنه قال يستحب الاتمام
