وَإِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَقْصُرَ الظُّهْرَ خَلْفَ مَنْ يُصَلِّي الْجُمُعَةَ لَمْ يَجُزْ لِأَنَّهُ مُؤْتَمٌّ بِمُقِيمٍ وَلِأَنَّ الْجُمُعَةَ صَلَاةٌ تَامَّةٌ فَهُوَ كَالْمُؤْتَمِّ بِمَنْ يُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ تَامَّةً
