فحل وإن كان للمرأة حلي فانكسر بحيث لا يمكن لبسه الا انه يمكن اصلاحه للبس ففيه قولان (أحدهما) تجب فيه الزكاة لانه لا يمكن لبسه فوجبت فيه الزكاة كما لو تفتت (والثانى) لا تجب لانه للاصلاح واللبس اقرب
