وان كان في فرض غير متعلق بزمان بعينه ففيه وجهان (احدهما) لا يجوز اخراجه منه لانه وجب ذنه ودخل فيه باذنه فلم يجز اخراجه منه (والثانى) ان كان متتابعا لم يجز اخراجه منه لانه لا يجوز له الخروج فلا يجوز اخراجه منه كالمنذور في زمن بعينه
