فان كَانَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ عَلَى مَسَافَةٍ تَقْصُرُ فِيهَا الصلاة فهو إن يكون صحيحا واجدا للزاد والماء بثمن المثل في المواضع التى جرت العادة ان يكون فيها في ذهابه ورجوعه وواجدا لراحلة تصلح لمثله بثمن المثل أو بأجرة المثل
