(فاما) الصحيح الذى يقدر على الثبوت علي الراحلة فلا تجوز النيابة عنه في الحج لان الفرض عليه في بدنه فلا ينتقل الفرض إلى غيره الا في الموضع الذى وردت فيه الرخصة وهو إذا أيس وبقى فيما سواه على الاصل فلا تجوز النيابة عنه فيه
