فان أحج عن نفسه ثم برأ من المرض ففيه طريقان (احدهما) انه كالمسألة التى قبلها وفيها قولان (والثاني) أنه يلزمه الاعادة قولا واحدا لانا تبينا الخطأ في الاياس ويخالف ما إذا كان غير مأيوس منه فمات لانا لم نتبين الخطا لانه يجوز انه لم يكن مأيوسا منه ثم زاد المرض فصار مأيوسا منه
