وإن أحرم بالعمرة وأفسدها ثم أدخل عليها الحج ففيه وجهان (أحدهما) ينعقد الحج ويكون فاسدا لانه إدخال حج على عمرة فأشبه إذا كان صحيحا (والثاني) لا ينعقد لانه لا يجوز أن يصح لانه إدخال حج على احرام فاسد
