ولو ابتداء الاحرام بالعمرة في أشهر الحج لزمه الدم فكذلك إذا استدامه (وقال) في الام لا يجب عليه الدم لان الاحرام نسك لا تتم العمرة الا به وقد أتى به في غير أشهر الحج فلم يلزمه دم التمتع كالطواف (والثاني) أن يحج من سنته
