فوجب أن يتعلق الوجوب به وفى وقت جوازه قولان (أحدهما) لا يجوز قبل أن يحرم بالحج لان الذبح قربة تتعلق بالبدن فلا يجوز قبل وجوبها كالصوم والصلاة (والثانى) يجوز بعد الفراغ من العمرة لانه حق مال يجب بسببين
