وان حلق شعرة أو شعرتين ففيه ثلاثة اقوال (أحدها) يجب لكل شعرة ثلث دم لانه إذا وجب في ثلاث شعرات دم وجب في كل شعرة ثلثه (والثاني) يجب لكل شعرة درهم لان إخراج ثلث دم يشق فعدل إلى قيمته وكانت قيمة الشاة ثلاثة دراهم
