وان لَبِسَ ثُمَّ لَبِسَ أَوْ تَطَيَّبَ ثُمَّ تَطَيَّبَ في اوقات متفرقة ففيه قولان (احدهما) تتداخل لانها جنس واحد فأشبه إذا كانت في وقت واحد (والثانى) لا تتداخل لانها في أوقات مختلفة فكان لكل وقت من ذلك حكم نفسه *
