(فان قلنا) لا بدل للهدي فهل يتحلل فيه قولان (أحدهما) لا يتحلل حتى يجد الهدي لان الهدي شرط في التحلل فلا يجوز التحلل قبله (والثاني) أنه يتحلل لانا لو ألزمناه البقاء على الاحرام إلى أن يجد الهدي أدى ذلك إلى المشقة
