وَمِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا مَنْ قَالَ لَا يَتَطَهَّرُ بِالْجَمِيعِ بَلْ يَبْقَى مِنْهُ قَدْرُ النَّجَاسَةِ كَمَا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ فِيمَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَأْكُلُ تَمْرَةً فَاخْتَلَطَتْ بِتَمْرٍ كَثِيرٍ أَنَّهُ يَأْكُلُ الْجَمِيعَ إلَّا تَمْرَةً وَهَذَا لَا يَصِحُّ لِأَنَّ النَّجَاسَةَ لَا تَتَمَيَّزُ بَلْ تَخْتَلِطُ بِالْجَمِيعِ
