وان نقلها من شمس إلى ظل أو من ظل إلى شمس حتي تخللت ففيه وجهان احدهما تطهر لان الشدة قد زالت من غير نجاسة خلفتها والثاني لا تطهر لانه فعل محظور يوصل به الي استعجال ما يحل في الثاني فلم يحل به كما لو قتل مورثه أو نفر صيدا حتى خرج من الحرم إلى الحل
