فَصْلٌ:

فِيمَا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْوَكِيلِ فِي الْوَكَالَةِ الْمُطْلَقَةِ وَالْمُقَيَّدَةِ بِالْبَيْعِ بِأَجَلٍ وَمَا يُذْكَرُ مَعَهُمَا. " الْوَكِيلُ بِالْبَيْعِ مُطْلَقًا " أَيْ تَوْكِيلًا غَيْرَ مُقَيَّدٍ بِشَيْءٍ " كَالشَّرِيكِ " فِيمَا مَرَّ
