" فَيَلْزَمُهُ لِعُذْرٍ " كَمَرَضٍ وَغَيْبَةٍ عَنْ بَلَدِ الْمُشْتَرِي وَقَدْ عَجَزَ عَنْ مُضِيِّهِ إلَيْهِ وَالرَّفْعِ إلَى الْحَاكِمِ " تَوْكِيلٌ فِ " إنْ عَجَزَ عَنْهُ لَزِمَهُ " إشْهَادٌ " وَلَهُ تَأْخِيرُ الطَّلَبِ لِانْتِظَارِ إدْرَاكِ الزَّرْعِ وَحَصَادِهِ.
