" وَلَوْ اسْتَحَقَّ الثَّمَرَ " أَيْ خَرَجَ مُسْتَحِقًّا كَأَنْ أَوْصَى بِهِ " فَلَهُ " أَيْ لِلْعَامِلِ حَيْثُ جَهِلَ الْحَالَ " عَلَى مُعَامِلِهِ أُجْرَةٌ " لِعَمَلِهِ كَمَنْ اكْتَرَى مَنْ يَعْمَلُ فِيمَا غَصَبَهُ عَمَلًا.
