فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وصح تأجيلها " . أَيْ الْمَنْفَعَةِ " فِي إجَارَةِ ذِمَّةٍ " كَأَلْزَمْتُ ذِمَّتَك حَمْلَ كَذَا إلَى مَكَّةَ غُرَّةَ شَهْرِ كَذَا كَالسَّلَمِ الْمُؤَجَّلِ "لَا" فِي إجَارَةِ " عَيْنٍ " فَلَا يَصِحُّ الِاكْتِرَاءُ لِمَنْفَعَةٍ قَابِلَةٍ كَإِجَارَةِ دَارٍ سَنَةً أَوَّلُهَا مِنْ الْغَدِ كَبَيْعِ الْعَيْنِ عَلَى أَنْ يُسَلِّمَهَا غَدًا.
