" وَلَوْ اكْتَرَى " دَابَّةً " لِحَمْلِ قَدْرٍ " كَمِائَةِ رِطْلٍ " فَحَمَلَ زَائِدًا " لَا يُتَسَامَحُ بِهِ كَمِائَةٍ وَعَشَرَةٍ " لَزِمَهُ أُجْرَةُ مِثْلِهِ " أَيْ الزَّائِدِ لِتَعَدِّيهِ بِذَلِكَ وَتَعْبِيرِي فِي هَذِهِ وَاَلَّتِي قَبْلَهَا بِمَا ذُكِرَ أَعَمُّ مِمَّا عَبَّرَ بِهِ
