عَنْ الْمَسْأَلَةِ لِقَوْلِهِ تعالى: {وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ} ٢ أَيْ غَيْرِ السَّائِلِ وَلِظَاهِرِ الْأَخْبَارِ " وَلِمِسْكِينٍ " وَهُوَ " مَنْ لَهُ ذَلِكَ " أَيْ مَالٌ أَوْ كَسْبٌ لَائِقٌ بِهِ يَقَعُ مَوْقِعًا مِنْ كِفَايَتِهِ
