" وَمَنْ لَهُ أَصْلَانِ وَضَاقَ مَالُهُ " عَنْ إعْفَافِهِمَا " قُدِّمَ عَصَبَةٌ " وَإِنْ بَعُدَ فَيُقَدَّمُ أَبُو أَبِي أَبٍ عَلَى أَبِي أُمٍّ " فَ " إنْ اسْتَوَيَا عُصُوبَةً أَوْ عَدَمَهَا قُدِّمَ " أَقْرَبُ " فَيُقَدَّمُ أَبُو أَبٍ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَأَبُو أُمٍّ على أبيه " ف " إن استوبا قُرْبًا بِأَنْ كَانَا مِنْ جِهَةِ الْأُمِّ كَأَبِي أَبِي أُمٍّ وَأَبِي أُمِّ أُمٍّ " يَقْرَعُ " بَيْنَهُمَا لِتَعَذُّرِ التَّوْزِيعِ وَقَوْلِي وَمِنْ إلَى آخِرِهِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي.
