" ثُمَّ " إنْ عَادَ إلَيْهِ " عَزَّرَهُ " بِمَا يَرَاهُ إنْ طَلَبَتْهُ " أَوْ ادَّعَى كُلٌّ " مِنْهُمَا " تَعَدِّيَ صَاحِبِهِ " عَلَيْهِ " مَنَعَ " الْقَاضِي " الظَّالِمَ " مِنْهُمَا " بِخَبَرِ ثِقَةٍ " خَبِيرٍ بِهِمَا مِنْ عَوْدِهِ إلَى ظُلْمِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَمْتَنِعْ أَحَالَ بَيْنَهُمَا إلَى أَنْ يَرْجِعَا عَنْ حَالِهِمَا
