" وَلَوْ وَكَّلَا " أَيْ الزَّوْجَانِ " وَاحِدًا تَوَلَّى طَرَفًا " مَعَ أَحَدِ الزَّوْجَيْنِ أَوْ وَكِيلِهِ " فَقَطْ " أَيْ دُونَ الطَّرَفِ الْآخَرِ فَلَا يَتَوَلَّى الطَّرَفَيْنِ كَمَا فِي الْبَيْعِ وَغَيْرِهِ " وَ " شُرِطَ " فِي الصِّيغَةِ مَا " مَرَّ فِيهَا " فِي الْبَيْعِ " عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي
