" وَلَوْ خَالَعَ بِأَلْفٍ " مَثَلًا " وَنَوَيَا نَوْعًا " مِنْ نَوْعَيْنِ بِالْبَلَدِ " لَزِمَ " إلْحَاقًا لِلْمَنْوِيِّ بِالْمَلْفُوظِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَنْوِيَا شَيْئًا حُمِلَ عَلَى الْغَالِبِ إنْ كَانَ وَإِلَّا لزم مهر المثل.
