" فَإِنْ مَاتَ " قَبْلَ بَيَانِهِ " لَمْ يُقْبَلْ بَيَانُ وَارِثِهِ " بِقَيْدٍ زِدْته بِقَوْلِي " إنْ اتَّهَمَ " بِأَنْ بَيَّنَ الْحِنْثَ فِي الزَّوْجَةِ فَإِنَّهُ مُتَّهَمٌ بِإِسْقَاطِ إرْثِهَا وَإِرْقَاقِ الْعَبْدِ " بَلْ يَقْرَعُ " بَيْنَهُمَا فَلَعَلَّ الْقُرْعَةَ تَخْرُجُ عَلَى الْعَبْدِ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤَثِّرَةٌ فِي الْعِتْقِ دُونَ الطَّلَاقِ
