" وَلَوْ طَلَّقَ إحْدَى زَوْجَتَيْهِ بِعَيْنِهَا " كَأَنْ خَاطَبَهَا بِطَلَاقٍ وَحْدَهَا أَوْ نواها بقوله إحدا كما طَالِقٌ " وَجَهِلَهَا " كَأَنْ نَسِيَهَا أَوْ كَانَتْ حَالَ الطَّلَاقِ فِي ظُلْمَةٍ فَهُوَ أَوْلَى مِنْ قَوْلِهِ ثُمَّ جَهِلَهَا " وُقِفَ " وُجُوبًا الْأَمْرُ مِنْ قُرْبَانٍ وَغَيْرِهِ " حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ " هَا
