" وَصَحَّ تَوْقِيتُهُ " كَأَنْتِ كَظَهْرِ أُمِّي يَوْمًا أَوْ شَهْرًا تَغْلِيبًا لِلْيَمِينِ فأنت كظهر أمي خمسة أَشْهُرٍ ظِهَارٌ مُؤَقَّتٌ لِذَلِكَ وَإِيلَاءٌ لِامْتِنَاعِهِ مِنْ وَطْئِهَا فَوْقَ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ " وَ " صَحَّ " تَعْلِيقُهُ " لِأَنَّهُ يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهِ التَّحْرِيمُ كَالطَّلَاقِ وَالْكَفَّارَةُ كَالْيَمِينِ وَكُلٌّ مِنْهُمَا يَقْبَلُ التَّعْلِيقَ.
