" فَلَوْ أَنْفَقَ " مَثَلًا " لِظَنِّ حَمْلٍ فَأُخْلِفَ " بِأَنْ بَانَتْ حَائِلًا " اسْتَرَدَّ مَا " أَنْفَقَهُ " بَعْدَ " انْقِضَاءِ " عِدَّتِهَا " لِتَبَيُّنِ خَطَأِ الظَّنِّ وَتُصَدَّقُ فِي قَدْرِ أَقْرَائِهَا بِيَمِينِهَا إنْ كَذَّبَهَا وَإِلَّا فَلَا يَمِينَ
