" وَلَوْ قَلَعَ " شَخْصٌ وَلَوْ غَيْرَ مَثْغُورٍ " سِنَّ غَيْرِ مَثْغُورٍ " وَلَوْ بَالِغًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَمْ تسقط اسنانه الرواضع التي من شأنهاالسقوط " انتظر " حَالُهُ فَلَا قَوَدَ وَلَا دِيَةَ فِي الْحَالِ لِأَنَّهَا تَعُودُ غَالِبًا
