" وَلَوْ ارْتَدَّ فَجُنَّ أُمْهِلَ " احْتِيَاطًا فَلَا يُقْتَلُ فِي جُنُونِهِ لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ يَعْقِلُ وَيَعُودُ لِلْإِسْلَامِ فَإِنْ قُتِلَ فِيهِ هُدِرَ لِأَنَّهُ مُرْتَدٌّ لَكِنْ يُعَزَّرُ قَاتِلُهُ لِتَفْوِيتِهِ الِاسْتِتَابَةَ الْوَاجِبَةَ.
