" وَتَجِبُ اسْتِتَابَةُ مُرْتَدٍّ " ذَكَرًا أَوْ غَيْرَهُ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ مُحْتَرَمًا بِالْإِسْلَامِ وَرُبَّمَا عَرَضَتْ لَهُ شُبْهَةٌ فتزال وَالِاسْتِتَابَةُ تَكُونُ " حَالًا " لِأَنَّ قَتْلَهُ الْمُرَتَّبَ عَلَيْهَا حَدٌّ فَلَا يُؤَخَّرُ كَسَائِرِ الْحُدُودِ نَعَمْ إنْ كَانَ سَكْرَانَ سُنَّ التَّأْخِيرُ إلَى الصَّحْوِ
