" وَلَوْ شَهِدَ أَرْبَعَةٌ " مِنْ الرِّجَالِ " بِزِنَاهَا وَأَرْبَعٌ " مِنْ النِّسْوَةِ أَوْ رَجُلَانِ أَوْ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ " بِأَنَّهَا عَذْرَاءُ " بِمُعْجَمَةٍ أَيْ بِكْرٌ سُمِّيَتْ عَذْرَاءُ لِتَعَذُّرِ وَطْئِهَا وَصُعُوبَتِهِ
