" فَإِنْ تَنَازَعَا " فِيمَنْ يحد " فَالْإِمَامُ " أَوْلَى لِمَا مَرَّ " وَلِسَيِّدِهِ تَعْزِيرُهُ " لِحَقِّ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَلِحَقِّ غَيْرِهِ كَمَا يُؤَدِّبُهُ لِحَقِّ نَفْسِهِ " وَسَمَاعِ بَيِّنَةٍ بِعُقُوبَتِهِ " أَيْ بِمُوجِبِهَا بِقَيْدٍ زِدْته بِقَوْلِي " إنْ كَانَ أَهْلًا " لِسَمَاعِهَا بِأَنْ كَانَ رَجُلًا عَدْلًا عَالِمًا بِصِفَاتِ الشُّهُودِ وَأَحْكَامِ العقوبة.
